Refund policy

At Wearing Men, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item must be in its original packaging;

  • Item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as received;

  • Tags, manuals and all accessories must be included.

Please note: we do not accept returns due to incorrect size, as full measurements are provided on our website.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email sac@wearingmen.com with:

  • Product name;

  • Order number;

  • Email used for the purchase;

  • Reason for return/exchange;

  • A short video showing any defect (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and issue a refund for the product and shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Credit card: Refund may take up to two billing cycles to appear.

  • Bank transfer (TED): Refund will be made within 10 working days after the return is confirmed.

 Refunds can only be issued to the buyer’s account.
