ADDRESS DETAILS

Wearing Men will ship the products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your address details (including house number, postcode and any additional delivery information) are entered correctly when placing your order.

RECIPIENT NOT AT HOME

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. The courier (Royal Mail or partner delivery service) will usually make up to three delivery attempts.
If no one is available, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office or Parcel Collection Point, where it will remain for approximately 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be automatically returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
All details of delivery attempts and collection instructions will be available in the tracking updates, which can be accessed with the tracking number provided by Wearing Men.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Wearing Men is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete address details. If the address provided is invalid or incomplete, the parcel will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made.
In this case, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. A new shipping fee will be required if the customer wishes the item to be resent.

PROCESSING TIME (DISPATCH)

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will go through processing: picking, packing, and dispatch. This usually takes 1 to 5 working days.
You will receive your tracking code by email within 7 working days after your order has been processed.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 working days after dispatch.
However, external factors such as customs clearance delays, postal strikes, adverse weather conditions, or high seasonal demand may extend this timeframe.
The maximum guaranteed delivery period is 65 working days.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail or international postal services, depending on the origin of the product. In some cases (such as recipient not at home, restricted delivery zones, or address issues), the customer may need to collect their parcel from the nearest Royal Mail branch or parcel office.
Please double-check your address before confirming your order, as any mistakes may cause your parcel to be returned, for which the customer is responsible.

PRODUCT ORIGIN

All our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers located in Switzerland, the United States, and Asia, to the address provided during checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All international orders are subject to potential customs checks and import duties. Should you be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery, Wearing Men will cover these costs. Please contact us within 48 hours, providing proof of payment and a copy of the customs receipt, and we will arrange reimbursement.
